Arrival, check-in & check-out
You can drop off your luggage with us from 8:00 a.m. and start your holiday right away. Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know — we'll find a solution.

Pets
Unfortunately no pets are allowed at the Montafon Chalets.
At the Monika aparthotel (a 5-minute walk away) dogs are warmly welcome — feel free to ask us.
Children's rates & extra guests
Our chalets offer plenty of space for families. Cots are available free of charge on request.
For details on children's rates and extra guests, please contact us directly — we'll gladly put together an individual offer for you.
Prices & visitor's tax
In addition to the room rate, the statutory visitor's tax of € 2.70 per person and night applies (from 01/12/2026: € 3.90). Children under 15 are exempt from the visitor's tax.
The visitor's tax is charged on site and includes the Montafon guest card with numerous benefits such as free bus travel throughout the Montafon.
Cancellation terms
The following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total price
For bookings made via Booking.com, Expedia or other platforms, the respective cancellation terms of the platform apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You'll find the full terms in our T&Cs.
Sports depot
At the Monika aparthotel (a 5-minute walk away) you have access to a lockable, heated sports depot with a private equipment locker — available year-round.
Perfect for skis, snowboards, e-bikes and hiking gear. Everything safe, dry and ready to go.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash in EUR
- Debit cards (Maestro, Bankomat)
- Visa and Mastercard
A deposit of 30% is due on booking, payable within 2 weeks of the booking confirmation. The balance is paid on site.
Chalet kitchen equipment
Every chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with:
- Dishwasher
- Oven
- Ceramic hob
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Coffee machine
- Crockery and cutlery for full occupancy
You'll find groceries and regional products at the SPAR shop and the bakery — both about one kilometre away.
Parking & charging stations
Free parking is available right by the chalets — no searching, no extra costs.
EV charging stations are close by in the village centre of Gaschurn.
