Booking & Cancellation

How can I book directly?

Through our website you always get the best price — guaranteed. Use the booking form above or contact us by phone on +43 5558 8291 or by e-mail at info@montafon-chalets.at.

What are the cancellation terms?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the total price. From 14 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, 90 % is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hoteliers' Association (ÖHV) apply.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Depending on the season, the minimum stay is between 2 and 7 nights. In high season (Christmas, February, July/August) a minimum stay of 7 nights applies; in the low season, stays from 2 nights are possible.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit card, bank transfer and cash. On booking, a deposit of 30 % of the total price is due.

Arrival & Stay

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. An earlier check-in or later check-out is possible subject to availability — just ask us.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available right at the chalets. EV charging stations are very close by in the village centre of Gaschurn.

How do I get there by public transport?

Take the Montafonerbahn to Schruns, then the Landbus 650 directly to Gaschurn. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. With the guest card you travel free of charge throughout the entire Montafon.

Chalets & Amenities

Do the chalets have a kitchen?

Yes, every chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery and cutlery you need. You can be completely self-catering.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all chalets and communal areas.

Do the chalets have a sauna?

No, the Montafon Chalets do not have a sauna. Instead, every chalet has a cosy fireplace and a terrace with mountain views.

Is there a sports depot?

Yes, at the Monika aparthotel (5 minutes' walk) there is a lockable, heated sports depot with a private equipment locker — usable all year round for skis, boards, e-bikes and hiking gear.

Services & Extras

Is breakfast available?

Through our regional delivery service you can have fresh bread rolls and breakfast delivered straight to your chalet door. Simply order online — regional, fresh and easy. In addition, every chalet has a fully equipped kitchen.

Are the chalets cleaned?

On arrival your chalet is freshly cleaned and made up. During your stay we offer an interim cleaning service on request (at extra cost). You can pick up fresh towels at reception at any time.

Is there a guest card?

Yes, as a guest you receive the Montafon guest card. With it you travel free of charge on all buses in the Montafon, get discounts on mountain railways and free entry to museums and swimming pools.

Can bread rolls or groceries be ordered?

Yes, we're happy to arrange a bread roll service for the next morning. We'll also let you know about the nearest shopping options — the SPAR in Gaschurn is about one kilometre away.

Other

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Montafon Chalets. At the Monika aparthotel (5 minutes' walk) dogs are warmly welcome — feel free to ask us.

Is there a cot or high chair?

Yes, cots (up to 3 years) and high chairs are provided free of charge. Please let us know when booking so everything is ready.

Is the chalet complex accessible?

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can reserve a suitable chalet for you.
